Icard Maritime provides two boarding platforms at the Vieux Port in Marseille:
Quai du Port (near the Vieux-Port metro station)
Quai Marcel Pagnol with easy access to the A50 and A55 motorways
Metro stations, bus stops, bicycle parking, and car parks are close by.

The Hélios, Aiglon and Thalassa are accessible to people in wheelchairs.
Audio commentaries of the Calanques tours are available in several languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Mandarin)

For most tours, pets on a leash are welcome provided they do not interfere with the comfort of other passengers. We do not accept pets on the Swimming in the Calanques and Château d’If tours.
For the safety of our passengers, we do not accept category 1 and 2 dogs.
Please inform the captain that you have a pet with you before boarding.
